OnePlus Power Bank With Fast Charging Support in the Pipeline OnePlus launched a Power Bank back in 2015, but for some unknown reasons, the company discontinued making them. However, with wired fast charging becoming a trend in the smartphone market, it seems like the Chinese smartphone maker is all set to come out with a new Power Bank that will also offer support for fast charging. That said, OnePlus did not reveal whether its Power Bank will have wireless charging feature or not....

In 2022, Orange announced steps to ramp up efforts to reduce energy consumption. Parliamentary Committee to Hear from Telecom Operators on 5G According to the agenda released by the Parliamentary Committee, the representatives from Ministry of Communications such as DoT along with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) would be touched on “India’s preparedness for 5G.” The Parliamentary Standing Committee in early August had also questioned the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on 5G preparedness and the reasons for its delay in India. The private telecom operators in India might increase the prepaid tariffs by 10% to 12% by Diwali. This means that the tariff hikes might come by October or November 2022. Analysts believe that with this tariff hike, the average revenue per user (ARPU) figure would go up by another 10%. According to an ET Telecom report, Mayuresh Joshi, head of equity research at the Indian unit of US equity research firm, William O’ Neil & Co, said that the telcos would go for another prepaid tariff hike of 10%-12% and would potentially boost the ARPU of Bharti Airtel, Jio, and Vi to Rs 200, Rs 185, and Rs 135, respectively....

Qualcomm has announced a new 5G chipset for high-end flagship devices and it is the Snapdragon 870. RailTel owned by Indian Railways has announced that the high-speed free Wi-Fi internet facility has now been made available at 6100 railway stations across India. A statement from the RailTel informs that it has already commissioned a Wi-Fi facility at Ubarni Railway Station in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh over Lucknow Division of Northern Railway. Realme has introduced a new 4GB+64GB variant of the Realme C12 in India.
