BSNL and MTNL Merger to Happen Soon as Government Finalises Revival Package As part of the revival package which has been approved by Telecom Ministry, state-run telcos Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) will be merged finally.
